On October 7, 2018, when two service engineers from our company, Fang Youxi and Wu Kongda, were helping customers debug equipment in the Roosevelt ceramic edging workshop, they found a person on the opposite side who was wrapped up by a kiln roller. They immediately took rescue measures. The two people rushed to catch the person who was wrapped up, while shouting for help. When the workshop personnel arrived, they finally rescued the person who was wrapped up safely, avoiding an accidental casualty accident.

Both of them are engineers and service stars in our service department. They are not only technically proficient, but also conscientious in providing services; While providing high-quality service to customers, it has won a good reputation for the company. Fang Youxi is an old employee of the company and has received the "Loyal Employee" medal; Although Wu Kongda is a newcomer to the company, he has become a key member of the company's service department within a short period of time and has performed well in ordinary times.
